
Antoni Gaudi was a Catalan architect whose designs are famous across the world. His use of colour and mosaic made him the leading exponent of Catalan modernism with a career that spanned across the 19th and early 20th centuries.
Year 3 studied his work and re-imagined it using wood, paint and ceramic tiles. The first looked at how Gaudi ‘coloured between the lines’ using mosaic and then transferred this onto wooden panels to create beautiful coloured panels.
